Booking requests

You can make a booking in a few simple steps:

  1. Choose an available period in the calendar below to view the total cost and the required (pre)payment amount for securing your booking.
  2. Fill in personal information and accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  3. After submitting the booking request, you will receive a preliminary reservation email containing payment details and due date(s), and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  4. Once your (pre)payment is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation.

Terms & Conditions in short

Payment:

  • Bank transfer in euros only.


Booking Terms:

  • If booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: €230 security deposit due within 7 days to secure the booking; balance is due 14 days before arrival
  • If booked 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: full payment (full rental amount and security deposit) due within 7 days
  • Bookings within 14 days prior to arrival are only possible via Airbnb


Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation can be done via email only
  • If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee is the security deposit; other payments will be refunded (minus bank transfer costs)
  • If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival or shortened stay:
    • For booking period shorter than 28 days: cancellation fee is 100% of the rental fee
    • For booking period of 28 days or more: first 28 nights are non-refundable; remaining balance will be refunded
    • In both cases, security deposit will be refunded if cancelled before check-in or no damage occurred during your shortened stay
  • In the event of a no-show, the payment is non-refundable and the booking is cancelled after 48 hours
